Sound healing in its true meaning is an ‘out of body’ experience to release the Pranic (energy) blockages in our bodies.

Aerial yoga healing is based on the concept of cocooning yourself. Which helps the nervous system to return to the state of oneness and connect back to the natural state of breathing.

Our breath is the first indication of anxiety in our bodies. The nervous system loses its connection towards the breath under stressful situations. The aerial yoga healing experience is a one-of-a-kind concept in Rishikesh, which offers this medium of healing.

Booking process

To book your spot in our retreat, you need to deposit a booking amount of INR 4000 (for Indian citizens) or $200 (for International citizens)

via UPI (Google Pay/PhonePay/BHIM), Bank Transfer, Net Banking or Paypal. You’ll be getting an official confirmation letter from our side once we successfully receive your booking amount.

Arrival & Departure

The arrival time for our retreat program is anytime between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the same date the retreat begins.

The departure takes place on the last day of the retreat at 11:00 AM post breakfast.

Our 5-day yoga retreat includes daily Asana and Pranayama sessions, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing, Aerial Healing, Meditation practices, Body massage, workshops on Yoga Philosophy, accommodation, and all meals. Participants will also enjoy guided excursions to local spiritual sites in Rishikesh.

Agni Yoga retreat is open to individuals from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our 5-day Yoga retreat focuses on Meditation and Healing practices. There is no prior yoga experience required to join, but one can surely expect a sense of ease out of this retreat.

The retreat covers Yogasana practices such as Hatha Yoga and Multi-style techniques. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of all participants, ensuring a comprehensive yoga experience.

One should bring a comfortable yoga attire, a water bottle, towel, a hand wash, a pair sport shoes, personal hygiene products, and any medications on prescription you may need. Optional items include a journal, swimwear for the Ganges, and a camera.

Yes, all meals are included in the retreat. We serve nutritious vegetarian Satvik meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients to support your yoga practice.

Accommodation is provided at Agni Yoga India’s ashram itself which typically include private or shared rooms, with essential amenities for comfort and relaxation.

Participants are welcome to extend their stay at additional costs, subject to room availability. Please get in touch with us in advance to arrange this.

Agni Yoga Rishikesh is accessible by road from nearby cities like Delhi and Dehradun. The nearest airport is Dehradun’s Airport, about a 45-minute drive from Rishikesh. Taxi services are available from the airport and train station to the retreat centre.

From November to February, the temperature varies from 8 to 18 degrees Celsius.

From March to July, the temperature varies from 20 to 40 degrees Celsius.

From August to October, the temperature varies from 20 to 30 degrees Celsius.
