Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a highly recommended Ayurvedic technique to release muscular tension from the body resulting in the release of trapped emotions from within. Massage is considered to be a stepping stone towards the journey of self-healing.

Booking process

To book your spot in our retreat, you need to deposit a booking amount of INR 4000 (for Indian citizens) or $200 (for International citizens)

via UPI (Google Pay/PhonePay/BHIM), Bank Transfer, Net Banking or Paypal. You’ll be getting an official confirmation letter from our side once we successfully receive your booking amount.

Arrival & Departure

The arrival time for our retreat program is anytime between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the same date the retreat begins.

The departure takes place on the last day of the retreat at 11:00 AM post breakfast.

It’s time to start your yoga journey, where each breath, pose, and moment brings you closer to inner balance, strength, and peace.

Our 7 day yoga retreat includes daily Asana and Pranayama sessions, Meditation practices, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing, Aerial Healing, Canvas Painting, Body Massage, Yoga philosophy workshops accommodation, and all Three meals. Participants will also enjoy guided excursions to local spiritual sites in Rishikesh.

Agni Yoga retreat is open to individuals of all yoga levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our 7 days Yoga retreat focuses on the idea of developing a routine, the benefits of a daily routine are highly emphasised in this particular retreat as one might experience asana and pranayama practices in depth. No prior yoga experience is required to join.

The retreat covers asana styles such as Hatha Yoga and Multi-style Techniques. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of all participants, ensuring a comprehensive yoga experience.

One should bring a comfortable yoga attire, a water bottle, towel, a hand wash, a pair sport shoes, personal hygiene products, and any medications on prescription you may need. Optional items include a journal, swimwear for the Ganges, and a camera.

Yes, all meals are included in the retreat. We serve nutritious vegetarian Satvik meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients to support your yoga practice.

Accommodation is provided at Agni Yoga India’s ashram itself which typically include private or shared rooms, with essential amenities for comfort and relaxation.

Participants are welcome to extend their stay at additional costs, subject to room availability. Please get in touch with us in advance to arrange this.

Agni Yoga Rishikesh is accessible by road from nearby cities like Delhi and Dehradun. The nearest airport is Dehradun’s Airport, about a 45-minute drive from Rishikesh. Taxi services are available from the airport and train station to the retreat centre.

From November to February, the temperature varies from 8 to 18 degrees Celsius.

From March to July, the temperature varies from 20 to 40 degrees Celsius.

From August to October, the temperature varies from 20 to 30 degrees Celsius.
